BTW WAW, I have worked with the Brits (OK, all you Brits out there do not read the next bit), if you think men here are strange, think passive / aggressive, knife in the back while being super polite!!! After about 6 mos of that, I was ready to string up almost all of the guys that worked for me over there!!! Sorry, no worries (I now hate that stupid little expression too!)and all that! I am just bitter/ crazy!
