Feeling pretty good today. I'm actually coloring, yes coloring in a Mickey Mouse coloring book. When you have kids, you have an excuse, but I actually bought myself my OWN 96 count box of crayons yesterday LOL. It's very relaxing and requires absolutely NO thought process.
H still hasn't mentioned surgery, so like I said, I'm just going to wait until I know when it's scheduled for sure.
I get up so darn early every day b/c it's really the only time I have BY MYSELF. S3 never wants to go to bed and messes around after I put him to bed. Last night, he even got up in S7's top bunk w/ him and I think he got smacked around a bit b/c he woke S7 up. Poor little guy
Going to get the boys and I to church this a.m. NO MATTER WHAT. I can't remember the last time we got there. I had been going consistently and my parents go to the same church, but it seems like every Sunday a.m. I say I'm going to get us there and something happens and we're never ready on time. Today, we will go!!
Not much else to report. H says he's going to quit drinking, yeah right That's pretty much all they have to do over there to relieve any sort of stress -- go out & party a bit on the weekends. He was supposed to do a video call w/ the boys & I yesterday a.m., but ended up going out and he won't do a video call w/ the boys if he's been drinking -- he doesn't want them to see him like that. We had quit drinking a long time ago when S7 was born, so they've never experienced that side of mom & dad much. However, after the D sitch began, I did tie one on a few times.
Working on just staying positive. H should be actually buying his tickets to come home in December soon. I know it will be here before we know it. Especially if I get this surgery, then we'll have Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. Time always goes by so fast and you don't know where it went!!
