I am glad that things are going well. Curious that she has not mentioned the email (unless I missed the post where you said she did - possible because I've been on the road). She has heard your message, and she can see that you have made a lot of progress.
However, I will tell you what I tell my football players: The moment that you think you "have it down," the minute that you are confident you know what you are doing and your work is done... you need to crank it up an notch and try harder. Stay focused, and try to always improve.
It's how we all ended up here. It's advice we all should heed (especially me ).
