actually we talked about the R which I shouldn't have. darn but I am proud of how low key and calm I was. I even said that I have totally let go of things that have hurt me and it's incredible how I feel has been lifted from my shoulders. He almost seemed annoyed that he couldn't upset me with bringing up past things that we have talked about before.
