nope, not a recommended diet...but hey, at least a silver lining, right? lol. my friend, when she was going thru her troubles, made it from a size 8 to a size 2. waaaaay too skinny, she's back up to a 6 now and looks great. I never made the 2. sigh. ah, well, I suppose health is a good thing, right?
