Hi, may i suggest you print off the recent e-mail correspondance and next time you see ex H, hand them to him and ask if he would check that he had seen all of them, this is one way of showing him if OW was intercepting his mail and so kindly answering on his behalf.
you probably wont get a reaction but you may just prove a point.
