Well, D was complaining about ankle pain, so H called me today and I just said- take her in, then we can deal with this if they say there's nothing. (She's been complaining for about 3 weeks)
Well, she's in a splint up to her knee and on crutches. Yup. She's going for an MRI on Friday. They think she has fractures in her heal. Yup. Not ankle pain, but heal. Her ankle probably hurts because she's been avoiding the hitting on her heal.
Yup she competed on Saturday with fractures in her heal. Wow. I feel like a great mom! I owe her ice cream for dinner for months!!
But guess what??? H took care of everything. He took her, stayed with her, got her crutches, got copies of the X-rays, brought her to the gym for a shortened workout and has scheduled the MRI... And will be taking her for the MRI since it's an inservice day and I can't take off work.
hmmmmm, wonder if I can H to my house this weekend.
Off to make chili for a potluck tomorrow. I'll be back to post on some newbie posts.
Oh- HS Greatest American Hero???????????? Too funny. My brother used to take his blanket and make a cape and run around and try to fly whenever the show came on. I laugh my ass off everytime I hear that song!!!!!!!
