Do you wish you had a program that would help you DB and give you support?

Do you wish you had SOLUTION FOCUSED SUPPORT -- some real brainstorming?

Do you wish the moderators would answer your questions?

Do you wish you had like-minded buddies who would help keep you on track?

Is everything ALMOST GOOD or ALMOST GREAT, and you would like to focust on getting and giving as much love as you can in your relationship?

Then join us as we start another KEEPING LOVE ALIVE series.

A personal note:

It has been maybe 7.5 years since I found DB and almost 7 since my KLA seminar. I can use a tune-up---can YOU???

Last year (1.5 yrs now) I went to start a group, and I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer, and JJ did the group for me. He's a gem (read everything JJ wrote--he's awesome--and a success story).

The most successful folks know it's (DBing, KLAing) LIFELONG!!!

I'm excited to get started!!!

If you're new to DBing, this is a great way to jump-start your efforts. And if you've been DBing a little while or a long while....it's a great way to refresh yourself and to fine tune. And if you've already had success....you can share what has worked for you and what hasn't.

Sign up here----We can start up in November...get us through the holidays \:\)

sg,

I didn't know about your cancer. I am sorry to hear about it and hope you are doing well. My SIL was diagnosed with lung cancer about a year ago and after much tribulation, she is now doing great. You are in my thoughts and I send all of my best vibes to you.

Sounds great--the KLA not your cancer

So how are you--are you still in treatment, cancer free...?

Regarding KLA...here on this thread or on another forum?

Oh God, I'm too excited. This is going to be fun.

Hi IMP!!!---It's been awhile. I had an in-situ tumor (they thought it had metastasize, but it hadn't--a miracle---hmmm....I think SOOO!!! It caused a few other miracles in my life--I'll share later.

Rollercoaster and IMP---in situ means they removed it and I never had to do chemo and radiation. I'm at high risk for return, but an annual colonoscopy reduces that to nearly zero, as I understand.

SO THIS IS MY PLUG FOR A COLONOSCOPY---You aren't too young -- I was diagnosed at 46, with no family history. Although, family wasn't even tested, my parents died young of other things....so no chance to test. I have since been found to have precancerous polyps in two subsequent colonoscopies. My younger sister has since been found to have pre-cancerous polyps.

GETRDONE!!!! (During the colonoscopy they remove the polyps so very often the diagnosis includes the cure!!!)

The worst part is the prep. Gatorade Rain helps with the fleet prep. My coworker (just diagnosed with Crohns--yuck, she's only 28) suggested something else for the Half lightly----I'll find out what it is. (I forgot)

In my surgery (rectal cancer)--I was lucky--I had a wonderful surgeon....but I had a rectal cancer that was up high, right next to the colon. I did not end up with a bag.

Another reason to GITRDONE!!! Less chance of having life altering problems.

Nature Girl---check out the other KLA threads --- It's best if you get the CDs. A workbook is included and you follow the questions. We answer them in the forums and help each other out.

I will pay attention to each person on the forum---but JJ usually helps folks as well, Sage often does....and once in awhile Michele herself checks in. She's done writing the Sex Starved Wife---so we may get lucky!!!

I took the in person seminar a few years ago, AND I have the tapes, and it made a difference for me.

It helps me to hear Michele's encouragement...but that's in line with my learning style.
