I think you are getting great advice about the house and how to approach that with your W. I think it will be a good thing all around. I am afraid that your W would allow the current situation go on forever if you let her. Getting a house will help you feel a bit better about your living conditions, give you a neutral place to be w/ your kids, definitely give your W more space and let her see more what a D would be like. Good luck with everything.

The "great north", lol sounds like it would be freezing cold here ( I wish). Things are pretty great up here. Yes, we all need to get together sometime. Weekends would be better for me since I am a working stiff now. Teachers don't get cool perks like long lunches. But we should figure something out.
Havent starting writing this yet. Will probably do this afternoon. May postpone my C session for tomorrow. Not sure if I want to push this button yet. Spent the weekend thinking about it.
