Anywho, she is going away today "with a bunch" of people including FFOM and she e-mails me about when MC would work schedulewise. I started to reply and decided not to today.

good for you MC. Don't let her sense that you are still "clingy", even in the mind. Always good to wait a bit rather than replying emails right away. Let her wait.
I don't know what kind of conflict you allowed to get in the way of Retrouvaille. But you should give going to Retrouvaille the highest priority. Find a weekend in October anywhere, and go to it. It can be a nice little weekend getaway just for the 2 of you. See the sights friday afternoon, and then check-in at 7:00. You can do the post sessions later. You need the weekend now. Don't make your marriage a low priority. That's what gets us all into this mess in the first place.
