Saffie, I too take AD's. I don't think they have altered my personality, they just take the edge off. I'm able to concentrate, get my work done, take care of my family, sleep, and the list goes on. Before getting on AD's I could not manage any of these things when H dropped the bomb on me. I was a wreck. I don't believe I'm ready to be off of them yet. I may get there, but right now I'm not.
