I have to go and pick youngest D up from school in 15 mins and you are just getting up!!!!!!

I am having a glum time. Have just been talking to a close GF about how much I dislike myself - she has similar issues, (with herself NOT ME!!!!!!).

I think this is why I am on a downer and don't want to see my C tomorrow. I'll have to admit it, and he'll want to analyze it, and it will hurt - easier to just cancel the appointment me thinks
