Actually he TM me today asking when he could get the rest of his stuff. I had called last night to see what time he wanted to meet with her teacher and asked him to TM me the times that work best. He TM later and said later in the day. Who watches D when you play ball and how was your trip?
I responded to the only part I needed to - I asked if he wanted after 5. He said yes and that was pretty much it till today.
I told him this weekend he could get his stuff. He wanted Sat @ 1 but I work. Then Sunday @ 12. I said after 2 because I have church.
In between these exchanges, I asked if he'd mailed a check and if it had started coming out of his check.
No response to those - interesting.
So I REforwarded my original request and finally he writes back to say he'll call with the check # and he voided the original.
Still doesn't answer, and I'm done playing these games. I'm going for income withholding and have called his L to let him know he's in contempt of court.
P.S. He said Sunday would work fine and again asked if I was going to "our" church.
None of his damned business and I could just see him taking the cow there and telling everyone there what I did too. I mean why not - he's already told half of our town......
