Oprah Show: Children of Divorce

Yeah, I was not sure if this was the right forum since this is about busting divorces but in a way it helped for me to see it because it did show that people really should not rush into divorce because of pride or ego. It showed that kids know a lot more than they let on and that is is so important to protect the family in a united way. I though the show was very helpful and cathartic. I am also not ready to have that discussion but it really helped me as an adult who went through the divorce of my parents!

I almost called my H to see if he could watch it. Man, I bet that show busted a bunch of divorces across America tonight! It was beautiful to see a grown man step up and cry on national TV to show his kids it was OK for them to express their pain from having their mom leave them for an OM. I was proud of that Dad and felt his pain big time.
