Hi Sara, I'm already in my pajamas and taking it easy. So I guess you need to fire Mark the pool boy if he doesn't clean up after using the pool. How dare him! You will have to dock his wages and thrash him!
By the way you have mail

Sometimes when I'm feeling sorry for myself, my daughter(16) gives me a wake up call about how lucky I am.
She just called me to let me know that the city wide youth Christian rally she attended tonight was over. She said they were at Subway eating and then headed back to our church. She said that she and her friend recommitted their lives to God and they were going to our church to meet with our youth minister.
I'm sitting here crying as I type this. I'm not sure what I did to deserve such a great kid. I know we are supposed to be humble, but I'm just so proud of her.

Yoyo, thanks for that. I am so blessed for my kids. My D3 was rubbing my back in the doctor's office today when I couldn't stop coughing, saying "Dat better Mama?". Oh and she also asked me in the waiting room if I tooted when I coughed, like she does.
When my daughter was little I had the flu and she came in my bedroom and stood at the foot of my bed and said in a concerned voice, "Mommy, want some ice cream? Ice cream always makes me fell better."
Cherish them they grow up way too fast!

They are soooo cute, aren't they? And yes, in a blink, my 'baby' is already 3. Today in the doctor's office, my D3 said "I not a baby, but Daddy says I'll always be his baby girl". SIGH.
Awwww...I just don't understand how our H's can hurt not only us but their children when they love them so much.
Tonight oldest daughter (19) and I were talking. She was talking about going over her ex bf's house last night with some friends. They broke up over a year ago. She said it was the first time that they had carried on a conversation in a while even though they have been around each other. I said, "Well, I always liked him, but your dad didn't. He didn't think he was good enough for you." She said "Yeah, I know he never likes any of my guy friends except two." I said, "He is afraid they will hurt you, but the funny thing is he hurt you worse than any of your friends have ever hurt you. She shook her head and said, "I know."
