I don not know what the Opra show has to say about divorce, but i do know that children never really recover from it. We can kid ourselves, we can listen to our therapists, and convince ourselves the children will be fine. I wonder what we happen if we all asked our children if they thought divorce was the best option.
Parents don't get divorced families do. One set of problems leads to a new ones. Kids do not get over divorce...they just have no choice but to learn to accept it. 50% of first marriages fail...60% percent ones fail.
