oh CM, I'm really sorry your sick. nutrition is so important and sleep too. Too much exercise actually creates free radicals, so make sure your eating a good amount of antioxidants. okay, ya, I know, here's where I talk about my juice! but I'm sure you've already read about me talking about it here, so I don't need to again.
hope you get better soon! Get lots of water, and sleep. Lemons are really helpful in fighting a cold. So if you have a cold, drink a lot of lemon water, and don't eat a whole lot. Eating takes up a lot of energy that your body needs to fight the virus.
