Why do these things happen X - A new beginning

Haven't had much time to get on lately, but here is the latest.

Starting last Friday she asked me to start sleeping in bed, but with no "grabbing", let me tell you that is hard, but I do sneak a hand somewhere on her and just let it lay . I now get hugs from her every night prior to her going to bed, and sneak in a kiss every other night or so on her cheek. Still no ILY's or anything, just slow and steady.

I did tell her she had to come straight home after work since I had to "leave" for an appointment, which is a lie. I have a babysitter for the night and two tickets to Justin Timberlake for this evening. If that does not get her excited I give up, lol.
