CVA, I have not followed your sitch so closely, but I am always a bit astonished when I hear of LBS's who move out of their home and away from their kids. What made you agree to leave? You already have a house, why not move back in and tell W she can either take over your apt. lease or get her own damn place?
I made it 100% clear that there was 1 way I would leave the house/kids and that was with a court order. Of course, she is still here and living in the guest room. It actually works out OK this way. I just treat her like my 13 year old daughter (consistent with her behavior). This also means that I have a built-in baby sitter when I want to go out or need to run some errands.
