I picked up a book the other day. It's written by John Welwood and the title of the book is
"A path with a heart". The book comes from a Buddhist informed perspective but
I think it's pretty much readable by anyone regardless of world view.

I've just started reading it and it already has me nodding and allot of it resonates
with me. It's not really a how to book so far but already I can see many places where
it has similar elements to the work of Deida without the emphasis on the masculine
and feminine polarities. The tone seems much more approachable than Deidas,
possibly because it wasn't written with only one polarity in mind. ;\)

It's more philosophical than practical, so it may not be everyones cup of coffee but I think a few people on this board may like it.
