just back from my solicitor, she told me that his solicitor has phoned her 3 times this week so they are getting twitchy. he as told his solicitor that the money he left here with has gone, he can't afford to pay the mortgage on this place anymore and last but not least he doesn't think he will be able to pay his solicitor at the end of all this. so it appears he has partied until the money has run out and now he wants to sell this place as he is rock bottom on money and he is offering me 10% of the selling price for this place minus expenses. see how long his new wife sticks around now that he is potless
