Sometimes just wanting a baby so bad can cause infertility. Often when a couple relax or 'give up' is when the pregnancy happens . My H's sister had two sons by IVF. The problem was initially with her H, (poor sperm) and then in one round of IVF she had an ectopic pregnancy and lost a fallopian tube. 10 weeks ago she found that she had fallen pregnant naturally when she had been told that was impossible. Stranger things do happen.
