Depends what's under the chest hair! If it is a sexy, muscular toned chest & stomach - definately no hair.
And don't google braz. if you are at work!
Laser is def. the best option, but very time consuming & pricey. I wouln't jump for that initially. I would suggest waxing 1st and make sure you like the look before the lasering.
