Its not my code. the correct question, in this case, is "why have you idiots sold me crap that doesn't work, when I paid for something that does???" Trust me, I asked the other question every which-way, which is how I got to this point. IT is taking whatever is input, and replacing it with "a". and certainly, that is a result of ITs faulty code. And this is where my responsibility ends, because:

No. But you ARE a guy with a problem. And that problem needs to be solved.
So if you keep looking at yourself as someone who is NOT a programmer, rather than a guy with a problem to be solved, you are, and will remain at the mercy of others. Kind of sounds like a victim, doesn't it?
