spoke to my solicitor this morning to arrange a meeting with her, she says xh wants to offer me a lump sum of money without the need to go through the courts, the amount he is offering is very minimal and bearing in mind that if I accepted I would then have all the legal proceedings and solicitors etc to pay out of it, and also the fact that he ain't sent in a dime over the last two years to feed and clothe, keep warm and clean his son, I think he can shove his peanuts that he is offering, it amounts to around 10% of what he would get for this place, what amout all the lolly he took off with, I don't think I will accept but I will wait and see what my solicitor thinks.
