Favourite driver!!!!! It's the smashes and crashes that are the highlights!!!!!!! Only joking. I live within a couple of miles of Silverstone so racing IS obligatory. My eldest D's BF's dad runs a formula 3 team which is based up at the track.

Lewis Hamilton is such an easy guy to want to cheer for - I guess he's the Tiger Woods of the Formula 1 industry.

Before we had the kids we used to watch all sorts of racing - I especially used to like the truck racing. I do like cars and am a bit of a speed adrenalin junky - probably why I like the horses as well - although with the horses it is the challenge of getting such a large creature with a mind of it's own to do what you want it to do and added into that mix is always the chance it will decide to do it's own thing. My H just can't understand that - my mare scares him to death - and she knows it and plays on it!!!!lol

Hopefully either toward the back end of this year or early next year we will be getting a TVR. My husband and I want to be able to take it down to the S of France and go and do some of the mountain climbs they do in Europe with the sports cars. We've just got to figure what to do with the kids when we go on these jaunts and where to put all the cars when we get them. my H has a people carrier, I have a subaru, ( for towing my horse trailer with), and we also need to get a small car for my eldest D to learn to drive in as both our cars have engines that are too big for her to learn to drive in and mine is an automatic and she needs to learn in a car with a stick.

It's all fun, fun, fun, but it's also all MONEY!!!
