Do you seriously believe you're miserable and angry in general? Is that how your kids would describe you? your colleagues? Anger is totally normal, and parts of all this are miserable, but I doubt even you believe this is the core of who you are. Can you suss out those parts you really do want to change to make you happier and work on those?

How's the house hunting coming? I think that would really help your PMA, give you something big to focus on, and get your attention off of your W. You can't possibly think about her all the time and still focus on you.
