I just got a book called overcoming insomnia and sleep problems - a self help guide using Cognitive Behavioural techniques and another one called Overcoming Weight problems - a self help guide using Cognitive behavioural Techniques.
I have had terrible problems sleeping this last year or so - even when on ante depressants. As for the weight, well I am a uk size 10 which is a US size 6 I think so I am not large but I would like to shift just about 10lbs so I thought I would try this out.
look like good books and they weren't that expensive.
