Sure, he owes me $2250 from this summer. I know I won't see a dime of that. For that, I hope his guilt or any morals he possesses fester and eat at him.
And now....he said he mailed a check on the 17th of August. I called his lawyer on the 29th of August to say WHAT IS UP!?! Nothing? He called the state, got it "set up" ....and I should be hearing from them soon.
Well today is ummmm 10 September....so I called the KS Payment center. The lady was a bitchhhh but ok....I'm sure she has a stressful job, dealing with complaining mothers/fathers who're not seeing a dime. OK.
So....basically she refers me to the district court for our county because she doesn't have the case information. However, this little nugget of info was priceless to me....
If they received a check @ the payment center, it would prompt them to call our court to get the case info.
So folks....what's that say to you?
