I'm not sure if I'm at that point because I think you have to be completely fed up to use it. But has anyone used the LLRT? I've done the LRT but was wondering what anyone's experience with LLRT is and what made them decide to try that.

Yep, I'm 17 months into the LLRT. It's the best thing that I've ever done. It has restored my dignity and life is better than ever. It's a mental illness to be desiring someone that doesn't desire you and the cure for that is LLRT.

you guys are talking about last last resort technique right? That's the one where you say I love you but I'm prepared to let you go and go completely dark. Just so I'm sure we're talking about the same one.
