I'll perhaps rant after this weekend and the divvying. No contact with SBTX all week. I know I have to initiate b/c she doesn't consider us still M. Will take it to her w/ as much PMA as I can. For now...Colts win big! I'm a Brees man (PU grad) but always stick with home team.

What a day! This being the boss stuff sure is time consuming. But a good day for sure. Made my first hire. Told the ladies and got a certain reaction that will need to be stroked just so. Then told xgf, had a great talk and got her on board. I think she was worried how "bossy" I was going to be towards her. Validated (Go DB at work) that she is queen of her job and the 2 ladies w/ her must be trained and led by xgf. I'm just there to be sure they show up on time and have enough to do. Later got good feedback from 2 other dept mgrs on my thoughts of moving a few people around. Found about 5 minutes to do 1% of my normal duties. Helped solve EVRYONE's problems, took some ppwk home and now enjoying down time. Oh also grabbed some boxes for tomorrow. Not even anxious about that right now. A little about whether W even remebered, but I'll be packing things either way. Will give her a call when I'm on my way over there if no contact from her beforehand. I'm sure she'll be there, but will need to talk to her sometime regardless to let her know I am filing the D papers. LF suggested that is normal courtesy no matter the sitch. I must adhere to legal counsel Anyway, waiting on confirmation that the Colts party is a go tonight. I realized I don't have any real styling clothes with me. Hoping I have something at the roomie's place, but hey, I make clothes look good not the other way around! With luck I'll have 10% of Nomo's skill mingling tonight.

Slow night. We skipped on the party, both to tired from the night before. I ended up just watching a movie and getting a great night's sleep. Headed to the house in an hour or so to start packing up my stuff. I'm sure I'll have a post afterwards of how that goes.

Good to be the boss though, generally you set your own schedule, just dont lose the motivation and drive that got you there.
