Lienert always bugged me for some reason, especially after Vince Young showed him up at the Rose Bowl and he cried like a little girl afterwards!

I hear ya and read your thoughts on Nomo's thread. Thanks again. I am seriously considering buying a house to fix up for me, one way or another. I just can't take a 1 bdrm apt with a TV and a blow up Frontgate bed in it anymore.

My problem is this. I spend pretty much all my time at the house like we are married and sleep at the apt., that is it. The only way to truly get my own life which includes the kids is to take them away from mom for a few days at a time. THinking hard about this. I mentioned buying a house for investment reasons to W (our neighborhood is depressed right now price wise but will bounce back) and mentioned I might go into it with a friend and she balked at me doing it with a friend. Since it is "our money", I said would she support the idea and I think she would be OK with it as I have always made sound financial decisions (maybe more reckless now for some reason). Having rambled here, not sure what I want, it was good to think it out loud on this board though.
