Glad your business is up and running, may you get lots of patients coming to you, and may you have much success in getting them well!
When I returned to my country of origin this summer and spoke to some people, including a couple of doctors (casually, not in consultation) I was told that from the sound of it I probably caught chikungunya last year, and although my initial symptoms were not as severe as they could have been, that people manifest these things to varying degrees. A friend of mine says he got it too, earlier this year, and months later still has slight arthritic type pains in some of the joints in his extremities - his wrists and ankles. I also have some slight residue of these symptoms, nothing drastic, but it comes up as an issue at the most irritiating times, like when I tried to mount a horse after years and hardly had the strength in my ankles to pull myself up into the saddle. Being somewhat overweight also contributed to the problem, methinks!
Talking of which, how is that weight loss going? Hmmmm?
I arrived back from my trip at 78.1 kg and have managed to shave it down to 76.6 in a week. Got to keep on keeping on!
Bye for now,
