I'm still having those episodes almost every day, and am catching and talking myself through them. I feel oh-so-much-better when H gets home and gives me all that great attention I missed for so long.
I have the "Not Just Friends" book...just haven't gotten around to reading it yet. I am boggled when I realize how much non-fiction I've read in the last year. (I love to read, but before all this went down, I had a hard time finishing anything that didn't have an entertaining plot. ) Anyway, I will do some browsing through it one of these days.
