I think you are right. I clearly do not "obsess" on it like I did. No question I want things to work out. She has been pleasant to me for sure and I am not completely sure what to make of it, good, bad or indifferent at the moment. But I will tell you, even when I backslide "internally", it is a shorter trip from OK to Crazy and Back.
