Hi everyone.
Sitting in Denver on biz. Headed home tomorrow. Had a good day w/ colleagues and enjoyed another good dinner. Last nights dinner was so good I actually enjoyed myself tasting new foods. I DONT DO THAT! I am a basic eater, eat for energy thats it. But last night was different. As you say, Yay for me!

Looking forward to being home and seeing the kids and W. Hate leaving every night but whatya gonna do? Nothing right now.

Thanks for checking in on me.

Quick Recap.

Went to see C on Fri after getting back. She noticed how "happy" I looked. Asked "why" I felt a little different.

Told her that although I still seem to move up / down w/ W's attitude toward me, I am reaching a more even place, i.e. ups/downs arent so radical and that I just felt better mentally (and physically which I have stated here a few times). She was beaming at my going out and trying new foods (sushi) which I mentioned is not my style. Overall she said my face showed no anger / resentment as it has in the first 4 sessions.

Anyway, W is actually acting very nice toward me right now. Knock wood. I like it, I cant deny that. Still watching how I interact w/ her as I always will now. No big steps or anything just real talkative.

Thanks again for checking in. Kids are great, although fussy and tired after their 1st wk of school.
