Don't have a pen ready and waiting. Reveiw everything, discuss if you need to. Then hand it to her. Make her ask you to sign it (if it even needs to be signed at this point). A thought: If you expect this to be a bit emotional. Maybe try writing out your own brief settlement papers. Then read over them and get a feel for the emotions.
