Hey, Cat, I can address the lawsuit issue. I actually work in a law firm. Just remind him that HE is not really being sued, it is your insurance company. Your insurance company will hire the attorney to take care of it and it is your car insurance that will pay whatever ends up being paid, not you or your H individually or personally.
