Well the sale of the house is off to a flying start...The sale sign was up Thurs & three quite positive viewers already. Which in the current UK house market, is good going...
My W did not show for any of these viewings & of course it would be in her intrest to do so. I'm not so sure why she would not want to be here. Maybe guilt, maybe it's the fact that i'm going full steam ahead with this sale. She has not called me to ask how things went either, not bad for someone that wants to sell ?
I can't help but think this all started by me not doing what W wanted, that is, filing for D agaist her...Maybe this is her ace card by saying she now wants to sell the house..To be very honest, i was, at first very upset that i was losing my home..However, having time to consider all the facts, I can't wait to get out.
