Well, summer only has a few short weeks left and I am a little bummed. Although, the kids will both be in school full time starting this fall. Hooray! Things in the M are just kind of...blah. No sex since that weekend trip I told you about and my desire level is definitely down. Probably an avoidance tactic on my part. Really don't want to be fighting about it anymore and we haven't. But it's just not any different in terms of our "lack of intimacy" so that is a little depressing. I'm hanging in there though. Hope all of you are well.

End of summer means my trip to Korea to see my long lost H!! yeah!! He told me yesterday he is so excited about me coming he can't stand it. That coming from a H who was dead-set on D not too long ago.

I am really bumming about summer coming to an end. I live in WI and I hate COLD weather, (thus my name). Although this year I have D26's wedding to look forward to. Hope you can pull yourself from the blahs

You need to come down here then -- hotter than heck here in TX right now and I personally will never get used to the heat.
I leave on Aug 30, but it's a 14 hour flight from Dallas to Seoul so I don't actually get there until Friday, August 31.

Thanks ladies. I always get a little bummed when summer ends. On the bright side, H and I have a "date" for Friday night and he already stated sex is definitely part of the agenda. So we'll see... We are still stuck in "sex once or twice a month" mode but it could always be worse I guess. We are both so focused on other areas of our life right now it is hard to keep that connection going. Just taking it one day at a time.
The night went very well. We went out to our favorite Italian restaurant, shared a bottle of red wine, came home, and had Naughty sex, no sweet love making tonight. It was dirty, so not my H, so I was quite shocked....in a good way of course. He actually did several things ( that I will leave to your imagination ) that I thought he would never want to do. And I didn't even hint that I wanted that. I was grinning like a cat afterwards and he commented "see, I still have some tricks up my sleeve" or something like that. Wow. Lucky LFL.
