Just looking for advice

I will see what I do, I will ask her because if I don't it will eat me alive. She has not said that it is all over, well she said the sex part is over with OM but they would like to try to remain friends. It is also challenging since OM was a friend of mine and we have many mutual friends and extended social circle. I guess it must add to their confusion looking at the mess just beyond how they have hurt us and their marriages. Or at least I like to think that they think something seemingly sensible.

Also, I will be away from the internet for until monday so will have a journal and write when I need to. Sometimes just good to "talk" a little even if no one is listening.

Ummm if she is committed to your M, she will have to completely cut ties with this man - friend or not.

I'm just saying - if you ask her it will be seen as you not trusting her (and obviously you don't - and for good reason).

Have you two sought any type of counseling?

Hello Again,

She has seen a shrink for other matters, and discussed it now with her. I just saw my doctor yesterday and will go and see someone when the time opens up.

This is just since sunday so all pretty fresh,

I understand Henrik. I would suggest you both get to a marriage counselor.

This is not something you should be trying solo - it's a hard road and you will encounter many speedbumps

Take time, breathe, pray and try to be calm.....you will have flare ups and days that are horrible.

I am still here, up and down. Today I got splendid vibes from my Wife so we shall see. One emotion and one moment at a time.

Thanks for asking. I also think I found a therapist who is compatable with my mind set.
