I think that once you're set up and making some sales (and hence getting some income) that you'll be less dependent on H. Right now you still need him to help with the finances but eventually you won't. At that time, will there be a need or a desire to contact him again? You've come so far in the past year and it still seems like your H tries to take you down the same paths, that do not lead anywhere.
