I did have fun. I added H as Donkey (thanks for tip MrsH I believe) in my cell phone. He called 3x one night. I picked up only the third time. Didn't call much after that.

D1 didn't like the waves and cried when I tried to put her feet in the water, but she does like the sand, and she tried to chase the gulls. She added several new words (boat, beach).

Was feeling sad sometimes because of memories from that area with H. So I decided to make some new memories and spent liberally on ME, since this was my vacation and now I don't have to support H--it can be about ME. I bought an original piece of artwork by a Russian artist. It is my present to ME. I figured that if H had been along, I would've had more expenses because of him so the money was the difference in what I would've paid w/him along.

I also remembered H complaining about certain things up there, even years ago.

At home I believe it was hot as hell so I told H that it was lovely and cool, with wispy clouds, and I was sitting by a lighthouse with my feet in the water.
