Journey, Sorry to hear about your father going worse, that is a tough situation.
Here's a good website that "vets" their erotic products, including books and "adult films". They sort them by category from just plan smut to more female oriented "adult" films.
The people who run the place are quite sex-positive and have a fun sense of humor.
Scott -Who's been on vacation this week and is going a wee bit Harry Potter crazy having finished books, seen the new movie, watched the older movies and is getting ready to re-listen to the entire series. Gads, I'm a nerd.

Scott, Thank you for the website reference; I am slowly getting back to an erotic mind frame. First I had to go the neurobiological route...talk about being a nerd! Time to get creative again...I was just looking for a little push in the right direction...thanks!
Oh, and thanks for your thoughts on my dad. Each time he rebounds, he is amazed and thrilled to be alive. And then the downward spiral begins. It's a rollercoaster ride for sure. The last time he actually " coded" and I thought this is it. Afterwards, I asked my dad if he saw " the light" that people talk about ( answer---no). Did he have any last thoughts ( answer--no). Did he have flashes of his family ( answer---no, and a further esponse that the last thing he will think about is whether the stock market is up or down, lol). He's a real piece of work! I love him to death, and feel like killing him for putting me through all this!
OH I pitty you with teenagers...I have been working with teens all summer in day camp/travel programs...how thankful I am that my kids didn't do that stuff...but I still have a S almost 12 to contend with...as for the droopy pants one mom told me she would wedgy her son and told him if didn't want his butt crack at the back of his head to keep his pants up....she also threatened to throw out all of his boxers so it would be his "bare ass" hanging out...most schools don't allow it around here (not like they get to enforce it though) and it has been proven to cause physical problems in boys due to the way they have to change their walk...messes with the hips and back...
As for the sex life stuff...for me what helped (a bit tooooo much) was taking a natural supplement called DHEA...I did get a prescription for it so that I could have a compounding pharmacist make mine up assuring potency but it can be purchased over the counter...I believe I took 25mg a day...I too was one that was only in the mood during my furtile days (cruel trick)...so it was quite nice to feel frisky other times...of course now after taking it for couple of years (there were other good benefits to health too, read up it is good stuff) I had to stop for financial reasons (it isn't expensive but we got down to nothing so anything was too much)now...I can't seem to turn "off" the button and it drives my LD H crazy...he also is dealing with ED and so far drugs haven't been the answer for him...
I hope this gives you some info to work with NJ and GGB
Thanks Lin. I'll have to mention the DHEA to MrsGGB.
BTW, the wedgies didn't seem to do much, and now he's too big (he's 6'4" and about 230 lbs, while I'm 5'10 and down to 170 -had been up to 195). We've threatened to replace his boxers with ones with hearts all over them, or putting appliques on the rear with a big pink heart that says I love my Mom in it. That usually gets a snide remark or a forced grin. He does pull them up for school (a catholic high school) because the dress code specifically forbids droopy drawers. Do you have any links to the reference about walking with droopy drawers hurting his back?
