Zak, It sounds like a neat tat. Your grand kids sound cute....At least you can think about them. Mat, Don't do anything til you are ready. If he is in a big hurry he can. Make sure that it is the best for you and you DD. I know my H won't file first because he doesn't want to be the bad guy and he doesn't have to commit to her if I am still in the picture. Makes sense doesn't it. But I have decide to get all things together and be one step a head. I think you need a lawyer because dealing with someone who isn't the person you once knew you don't know their reaction.
