Good to hear from you! Thank you again for the advice last week.

Yes, the issue was discussed a little further. I told H that I didn't think his plan was fair and that I wanted another weeknight and that the nights I had her would be overnights with me driving her to school in the morning. So as it stands now we each have two weeknights/1 weekend night and we each have her 1/2 day on Sunday. Its almost a complete 50/50 split, which is what I wanted from the get go.

I am taking the attys advice and just documenting the heck out all I do. The days I have her, who made lunches, gave baths, dropped her off at school. School has a log in so I shouldn't have trouble verifying. Hopefully it won't come down to a nasty custody battle or the big D.

I feel much better about the whole thing either way.
