That sometimes does make it harder. I didn't have to deal with that b/c H left after he dropped bomb. I do think it made it easier for me to detach and begin setting boundaries. More importantly, it helped me be able to stick w/those boundaries.
BUT, it can also make it more difficult to reconcile when you aren't together. I guess it depends on the person, huh?
