Hi guys,

Yeah, I went alone. It went OK, I guess. I may do some journaling about it later. I've been kind of down since yesterday, even keeping busy today with the kids and trying to meet some new friends (w/their kids) didn't cheer me up much. I may go out to the mall by myself later- shop therapy.

Hey there,

I went out for a little shopping on Friday night. T'was good. Weekend was OK. I just had the feeling too many times today that I was annoying H, even when I wasn't doing anything.

It's frustrating to have that feeling that you are annoying someone even when you are not doing anything that should annoy them. I've definitely gone through that with my H. It's his deal though, there's not much you can do about it besides back off as much as you can.

Reminders to self:
1. Do not initiate any R talks!
2. No snooping!
3. Give him his space.
4. Do not react when he acts angry/pouty/annoyed. I think I've been doing a great job extending my usually short fuse.
5. Focus on my kids and on creating the best home and family that I can.
6. Come here to journal, read and vent.
7. Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
8. Look into yoga or other GAL activity.

I am watching "Big Love" on HBO, does that count as a GAL activity? Thinking if I had 3 wives, and one dumped me, I could deal with it! hee hee.
