I used to get up at the obscene hour of 4:30 to exercise before all this crap happened. That went all to h@ll after September though and I've never really been able to get back on that wagon. Now is the time to start back again.

It's easy to stop when we get depressed or stressed. I know that that's when I need it the most though. Even just a 3 or 4 mile walk changes my whole attitude.
This is the first time I have spotted this thread, but it may be just what I need! I have been consisently inconsistent with my exercise! I'll go read through the whole thread and hope someone it still out there!
