Freezer section worked fine, problem was in the regular food section which only kept cool, not cold & food was going bad.
Repair guy tells me to try a couple of things before he comes, to see if it might fix problem.
Tells me to turn freezer to "3", or in the middle & turn frig section down also.
I'm thinking, "Why would I turn the level down when I want it to be colder? That can't be right", so I do it my way & turn it up to "7" instead. When I wake this morning & check it, it's still not right & only cool.
About 2 hrs ago I turn it down as advised & ta da.....it's a lot colder!
That seems to be the way it works in R's. Turning up the dial is prolly going to put on a lot of pressure & may/will have an effect you're not looking to have.
